What happens to unmatched products?

If no match is found by name or SKU, the product is created as a new entry in your PIM. Nothing is lost.

Which file formats are supported?

CSV and XLSX. Both formats work the same way — use whichever your team already has.

What if some data is missing?

Peak PIM imports exactly what exists in your Shopify store. Empty fields stay empty and can be filled in later. Nothing is assumed.

Can I undo the import process?

Yes. Contact our support team and we'll help you review or revert any import.

Does 1-click setup work with custom fields?

Yes. Metafields and custom attributes are pulled in automatically alongside your standard product data.
