Frequently asked questions

Everything you need to know about Peak PIM and getting started.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan comes with a 10-day free trial and free setup. No credit card is required to get started.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately and billing is adjusted accordingly.

How many stores can I connect?

Basic supports 1 store, Core supports 2, and Elite supports 3. Need more? Contact us about an Enterprise plan.

Is there an annual billing option?

Yes. Paying annually saves you 2 months compared to monthly billing. Basic is $490/year, Core is $990/year, and Elite is $2,490/year. Enterprise billing is tailored to your agreement.

Are SKUs and file storage capped?

Self-serve plans do not have fixed SKU or file-storage caps. They are covered by fair usage so normal catalog growth is not penalized. We will contact you if exceptional usage requires an Enterprise plan.

Do you offer refunds?

We offer a 10-day trial so you can test the product before committing. If you have an issue after subscribing, reach out and we'll sort it out.

Does it work with all Shopify plans?

Yes. Peak PIM works with any Shopify plan, from Basic to Plus. Some features like metaobjects require Shopify to support them on your plan.

What is included in Enterprise?

Enterprise plans include custom store, seat, update, SKU, and file limits, plus dedicated support and onboarding. Pricing is tailored to your business.

Will pricing change over time?

Your current plan price is locked in. If we update pricing in the future, we'll give existing customers plenty of notice before any changes apply.
