You can upload CSV and Excel files or paste a published Google Sheet or CSV URL. For multi-sheet Excel workbooks, choose the tab containing the main rows and join columns from other tabs onto it.

You can export products, variants, and collections from one, several, or all connected stores. Every field is included by default, including custom metafields, and you can remove columns you do not need.

Yes. Select the target stores for the import, or map a column in the file so each row specifies its own store or stores. Exports can also combine multiple stores in one workbook, with every row labeled by store.

Choose a file column and the catalog field it should match, such as SKU, barcode, handle, Shopify ID, or Peak PIM ID. Ambiguous and unmatched rows can be linked manually from the review table.

Yes. An import can update existing items only, or create new products and variants from unmatched rows. New multi-variant products can be grouped by a file column, and new variants can be attached to existing products.

Yes. File columns can map to editable core fields, custom metafields, per-market prices, and variant options. Columns you do not map are ignored.

No. Uploading, mapping, matching, and reviewing are a dry run. Peak PIM does not write to the catalog until you choose Save or Save & Publish on the final step.

Include the optional Peak PIM ID column in your export, edit the workbook in Excel or Google Sheets, and import it again. The ID sends each row back to the exact record it came from without configuring another match key.

Yes. The bulk-edit grid also provides a filtered CSV export containing exactly the rows and filters in the current view.
